A Leader Rooted in Cabarrus County

Cabarrus County isn’t just where I’m running for County Commissioner—it’s my home. I was born and raised here, and for more than 50 years I’ve been proud to serve the community that has shaped my life.

I’ve watched our county grow and change over the years. While that growth has created new opportunities, it has also brought new challenges. I believe we can embrace progress while protecting the values, neighborhoods, and quality of life that make Cabarrus County a wonderful place to call home. That’s why I’m running for County Commissioner.

Throughout my career, I’ve dedicated my life to serving others. I’ve worked as an educator, served on the Planning & Zoning Commission, supported families through the Cabarrus County Hunger Task Force, and helped individuals build brighter futures through Rehabilitation Services. Those experiences have strengthened my commitment to public service and reinforced the importance of putting people first.

My goal is to ensure every resident feels heard, valued, and represented. I will listen carefully, work collaboratively, and make thoughtful decisions that strengthen our communities, expand opportunities, and improve the quality of life for current and future generations.

As a lifelong resident, I understand our community’s concerns because I’ve lived them alongside you. If elected, I will work every day to promote responsible growth, strengthen public safety, support quality education, expand economic opportunities, and keep our local government transparent, accountable, and responsive to the people it serves.
